Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the delivery time. Please refer to the terms and conditions of Canada Post or your local postal service regarding delivery delays. We recommend our Canadian customers to expect up to 7 business days in case of Canada Post delays.
We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.

If you suspect your package is lost, always send us an email first. We might still work things out.
If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however the S&H Charge is non-refundable.

For domestic customers using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel, your delivery is guaranteed within 1-7 days. In addition, Canada Post's Expedited Parcel offers Liability Coverage up to $100 in accordance to Canada Post policies.
We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 or 2 Business days.
Most tracking information (if applicable) will update within 24-48 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
